The Membership Manager Role is displayed under
Repository > Application > Roles. |

You can grant users to this membership manager, using which you
can restrict the non-member of the application from accessing the
application. |

Access the Edit Users menu using any of the
following options: |

Right click on the Membership
Manager from the Left Navigation Panel and select the
Edit Users menu from the popup menu
(A). |

Select the Membership
Manager from the Left Navigation Panel and select the
Edit Users menu from the Action menu
(B). |
|
|
|
Click on the Edit Users link
(C) from the bottom of the Right Navigation
Panel. |
|
|
|
Select the Granted Users
(D) from the Right Navigation Panel, will appear at the end. Click to proceed. |
|
|
|
|
A message will be displayed as shown below. |

Click to continue or click to discontinue. |
|
On clicking the screen below will be displayed. |

Select the user from the List of users (E)
that need to be granted. |

You can grant one or more users. Once user (F)
is selected (G) will be
enabled. |

Click . The granted user will be displayed
in Current granted users section
(H). |

When user is added to the Current granted
users section (H), will be enabled. |

You can remove the user by selecting the user from the
Current granted users list (H)
and click . |

After granting the users, click to save or click to cancel the changes. |

On clicking the granted user will be displayed
as shown below. |
