Gets a roles for the application.

Parameters

roleName
Type: SystemString
the name of the role to get information for.
appID
Type: SystemGuid
The ID of the application

Return Value

Type: VGRoleCollection
A VGRole object representing the specified role. null if the role was not found in the repository or does not belong to the application.
Exceptions
ExceptionCondition
SecurityExceptionThe current user does not have enough privileges to use Membership API. The Membership access level of the application must be sufficient to allows this action or the 'Membership Manager' role must be granted to the user by using the Visual Guard console.
