Modifying Database Group Details

Visual Guard allows you to modify the existing user accounts.

Note:
	User will be allowed to modify the details only if he has been assigned the privilege. Refer special roles section for more details on privilege
	Below steps allows you to assign/revoke the Groups of particular Users. Click here if you want to assign a particular Group to multiple users at a time.

To modify the groups of the user, follow either of the following steps:

	Select a Repository > Users from the Left Navigation Panel. All the users will be displayed in the Grid in Right Panel.
	Click on the name of the user displayed in the Grid. "Edit User Details" Screen will open.

	The details will be displayed in User Details tab as shown above.
	Select the Groups Tab (A).

	The list of all groups currently assigned to the user will be displayed.

	Click provided at the bottom of the Right Navigation Panel. (B)
	Edit Groups screen will be displayed.

	Select the group that needs to be granted from list of groups (A).
	You can grant one group at a time. When group (B) is selected Add (C) will be enabled.
	Note: The child groups need to be allocated individually.

	Click , the granted group will be displayed in the adjoining section (D).

	You can remove the group by selecting the group from the list by clicking .
	The removed group will again be available in List of groups (E).

	Click to save the groups or click to discard the changes.
	Once you save the details, the list of Current groups will be updated.
