Visual Guard .Net offers extensive authentication and identity
management features.
- Integration with Active Directory allows reusing Windows
accounts and granting them access rights. Form-based authentication
is available too.
Account provisioning & permissions are managed with an administrator
console (win or web).
- Security is maintained in the same centralized repository
for all applications.
Access policies are not managed by custom code in applications
anymore.
Maintaining Security rules does not require recompiling the
applications.
VG permissions support any .Net object: non GUI business objects,
GUI objects…, and SQL queries.
- Audit features provide a centralized view of access rights
with automated .pdf reports. A customizable event log allows
adapting the type of information you monitor with respect to
any audit specifications (SOX, ISO, HIPAA…)
